JB Makan with Bear Couple on 6-Feb-10

It was my first time travel with Bear Couple to JB to shop for grocery and my task is to bring them to makan good food.

Kedai Makanan ONCE MORE CAFE serves taiwan food such as Oyster Mee Sua, Spring Onion Pancake and etc.

Woon Kiang Kway Teow Kia start business at 5pm daily until night probably around 11pm. They serve good Kway Teow and those cleaned pork parts like intestines,skin and etc.

Jusco Malaysia offer 1 tub @RM11.80 or 2 tubs @RM15.99.

Squiggles by Gardenia

This choco malto squiggles is my favourite bread whenever I go into JB for grocery shopping. Rich chocolate topped on top of the bread which melt inside my mouth.

A&W

A&W is always popular by their Root Beer Float, Curly Fries, Coney Dog & Waffles Icecream.

Too bad that these are not ate in Singapore but in JB.

Shopping @Tebrau Jusco on 25-Dec-09

We drove up to Kow Bros Trading located opposite of New York Hotel to change engine oil for our car.



Our next stop is Tebrau Jusco and we had our lunch at Food & Tea. Here are some photos of our food.

This bottle of herbal tea is very bitter than 24 Taste herbal tea.

After filling up our stomach, we go for window-shopping. I bought nice Mickey shirt tops for my 3 musketeers and there is a lucky draw when you spend every RM100 in a single receipt in a day. I get Rabbit to pick for me and she told me that I have won the biggest instant win prize which is A - 2 x 1 Hotel Weekend Break worth up to RM1,200.00. Thanks to her and four of us shall share this prize once we have confirmed our Bang Bang Bang trip in year 2010. hee.

Dinner time is drawing soon and we brought Rabbit couple to Ah Kow Restaurant to have Fried Mee Hoon, Crispy Beancurd, Crispy Pork Ribs and Bitter Gourd Soup.

We have ended our JB trip and went back for our Mahjong Marathon...woohoo!

Shopping @ Pelangi on 5-Dec-09

We went in again to shop for grocery and this time Rabbit were with us.

We had our dinner at Sushi King. Rabbit and I bought Bahlsen Hit Biscuit 'Hazelnut' flavor which we don't see it in Singapore.

As long as we are at Pelangi, I will buy Dunkin Donut 'Buy 5 Get 1 Free' and guess how much is it??? They sell at RM11.50 (exchange rate: S$1 = RM2.41), it is about S$4.70 and the outlet is Singapore is selling t S$7.00. We bought 2 new flavors which is Wheat Chocolate Pudding & Triple Choc.

Next., we bought White Chocolate Macademia sliced cake from Secret Recipe sell at RM6.30 and its about S$2.90 per slice, in Singapore they sell about S$5.00.

Last but not least we went to Stulang to eat Ramli Burger...woohoo.

Shopping @ Permas Jaya Jusco on 27-Nov-09

After 2-3 years never been to JB and so much changes for the road route from Singapore Custom to Malaysia (1st Link) Custom. After getting our passport stamped by Malaysia Custom, we went to Permas Jaya Jusco to shop for groceries.

We have ordered 2 sets of Root Beer Float, Coney Chicken Hotdog & Curly Fries which cost us @RM24.90 (S$10.33). We have also travel to Stulang to buy Nasi Pattaya for our supper which cost us @RM5 (S$2.07).

There will be more Malaysia good foods update soon...^_^

Kulai 2009

My Innova is on 60km per hour ride from Tuas Checkpoint to Kulai Yuw Meng. Ah Bear and gf, Botak and me have buttock 'CRAMPS' when we reached the restoran.

To Ah Bear and gf: Thanks for accompany me to rush to Yuw Meng to eat. Our next trip will be a shorter ride which is Gelang Petah Kampong Cze Cha or Tian Lai...hehe

CNY 2007 (Reunion Dinner with Tupid & Rabbit Couple)

Tupid couple came to our house to bai nian. All of us have no program at night and we go in to Teluk Jawa (Johor Bahru) for our Reunion Dinner at Restoran Todak. Rabbit couple was not with us as they are at Genting for holiday with their friends.

We have ordered a small 'Yu Sheng' to lao and introduce some of our favourite dishes to Tupid couple and they like it.

We have our little dessert at Gelang Petah petrol station before the end of the program.
