Sweettalk: Chendol

Bubble Tea was very popular back in year 1999. I've heard from other people that Taiwanese Singer, Su Yong Kang, who have also invested bubble tea shop in Singapore. I've also loved one Bubble Tea shop which served Assorted Beancurd and it was very yummy but the shop have closed already.

Now in Singapore only left one Bubble Tea shop which is Sweettalk and they have successfully opened many many outlets. I love their Strawberry w/ Red Tea Bubble Tea and the below dessert.


Chendol

I love dessert very much and Sweettalk have created Chendol in a cup. The receipe is very simple which has redbean, chendol jelly, gula melaka and crushed ice.

One day after I've finished my work at 10pm, I have passby one hawker centre located at Lorong 5 Toa Payoh Blk 75 and decided to see see around.

It is not very fantastic char kway teow but you can taste the sweet sauce. $2 per plate is worth it.

This has been my usual supper when I get hungry at night. The rice is well-cooked, curry is also taste good, pork chop is crispy and etc. I love to eat the sambal ikan bilis as it is very crispy and spicy.

This specialty dish is very popular in Din Tai Fung. Their chefs will weigh each and individual dough before they proceed to prepare the ingredients to wrap into Xiao Long Bao. Customer can request to exchange the Xiao Long Bao if it is broke and the gravy flow.
