Xmas 2006 with BK Friends

Everyone know each other for 10 years and more. All of us are working partime in Burger King since our secondary school days. Actually we are a big group of more than 20 peoples but we have lost contact with them.

All of us have grown up and some of us have already got married and with kids.

Glad to see some of them during this xmas gathering.

Menotti

Menotti is owned by a Italian chef. They serve nice coffees, main course, desserts & cocktails.These are my favourite cakes and you will be surprised that you can purchase those small cakes at 50% off everyday after 10pm.

It has warm chocolate inside the chocolate sponge cake and one scoop of chocolate chip icecream to accompany with.

Tiramisu - Mascarpone cheese cake with ladyfinger biscuits, coffee and cocoa

The mascarpone cheese is light, coffee is not too strong. It is melt easily when you eat it.

Cannoli - Tube shaped chocolate pastry stuffed with ricotta cheese, citrus fruits and pistachio nuts

I was very surprise that this dish is warm when it is served. I don't know what is the cream that they have used and it is goes well with the crust when you eat it.

Xmas 2006 with IES Colleagues

My IES Asst Manager have invited me to his section xmas lunch. He have utilised the section funds to order KFC and Pizza Hut and everyone must contribute one present for xmas gift exchange. I have also got one present for Taka-san as well.
